Expo Milan 2015

Amadeus was engaged over a period of 18 months to develop and implement Operations management for the visitor experinece of the European Union Pavilion.

Our team was composed of five managers and we delivered the following services within three event phases:

Operations Planning Phase

• Concept of operations
• Design reviews

Operations Readiness Phase

• Operating plan, policies and procedures
• Online training material for volunteers
• Operations readiness training
• On site coordination of the venue installation
• Logistics planning and implementation 

Operations Implementation Phase

• On site operations management ( 184 days) 
• Coordination of contractors' services: security, safety, maintenance, technology.
• Volunteer Training and Management
